Storms and Legends: The Lost Pirate Ship – Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Storms and Legends: The Lost Pirate Ship (the “App” or “Game”) is developed and published by Lookstar Studios (company name: Lookstar Klaudia Szymczak) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are located in Poland and operate under the act of March 6, 2018 on the law of entrepreneurs, article 5 on unregistered activities.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you download, install, and play the App in its current state, and describes your rights and choices regarding that information.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all versions of the App, including future updates. Because the App is in Early Access, this policy may be updated to reflect new features or data practices. We will post any changes here and, if required by applicable law, notify you in-App.

3. Developer User Data We Process
The App integrates with Meta Horizon Platform Services. As part of this integration, the App processes certain User Data provided by Meta:

• Meta User ID & User Profile – used to associate in-game activity with your Meta account.
• Achievement progress and unlocks – used to track and display your in-game achievements.

This data is received through Meta Platform APIs and processed solely to enable required platform features such as achievements and account association. Lookstar Studios does not store this data on its own servers or share it with third parties.

4. How Your Data Is Used
Data handled by Meta is used for the following purposes:
• To unlock and display in-game achievements
• To link your progress with your Meta account

All processing occurs within Meta’s platform environment and is subject to Meta’s Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage
• Lookstar Studios stores no personal or gameplay data.
• All user data is managed and stored by Meta, in accordance with their privacy policy and data retention rules.

6. Data Retention & Data Deletion
Lookstar Studios:
We do not store any user data. If we introduce any data collection in the future, this policy will be updated and you will be able to request deletion by contacting us directly.

Meta Platform:
To request deletion of data handled by Meta (e.g., achievements), please follow Meta’s data deletion instructions via your account settings Meta Privacy Settings

7. Future Data Processing
As we introduce new features—such as multiplayer matchmaking, analytics, or user-generated content—our App may collect certain types of information. Should this occur, we will:

8. Third Party Sites
The App may include links or widgets for other services (e.g., Discord Server). Those sites have independent privacy policies—check them before sharing information. We have no liability for their practices.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the effective date of changes. For significant changes, we will also publish an in-App notice.

10. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us.
