Storms and Legends: The Lost Pirate Ship – Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Storms and Legends: The Lost Pirate Ship (the “App” or “Game”) is developed and published by Lookstar Studios (company name: Lookstar Klaudia Szymczak) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are located in Poland and operate under the act of March 6, 2018 on the law of entrepreneurs, article 5 on unregistered activities.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you download, install, and play the App in its current state, and describes your rights and choices regarding that information.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all versions of the App, including future updates. Because the App is in Early Access, this policy may be updated to reflect new features or data practices. We will post any changes here and, if required by applicable law, notify you in-App.

3. Studio Data Collection & Processing
What our company Collects: None. At present, we do not collect, store, or process any personal or device data directly within the App. You can play the App without providing any personal information to our studio.

4. Third‑Party Services & User Data Processing
Although we collect no data directly, the App integrates with Meta Platform services that process User Data on our behalf:

Meta Achievements
• Data Received: Your Meta user ID and achievement identifiers.
• How It’s Processed: Achievements are granted and displayed via Meta’s secure API over HTTPS.
• Purpose: To award and display in‑Game achievements linked to your Meta profile.
• Retention: Managed by Meta in accordance with Meta’s privacy policies. Lookstar Studios does not retain this data.

5. Future Data Processing
As we introduce new features—such as multiplayer matchmaking, analytics, or user-generated content—our App may collect certain types of information. Should this occur, we will:
-Clearly update this Privacy Policy to describe what data is collected, how we process it, and why;

6.Third Party Sites
The App may include links or widgets for other services (e.g., social media, analytics). Those sites have independent privacy policies—check them before sharing information. We have no liability for their practices.

7. Data Retention & Deletion
Lookstar Data: Since we currently collect no data, there’s nothing to delete.
Meta Data: Retained by Meta per their policy. To request deletion of your Meta achievement data, please follow Meta’s deletion procedures (see your Meta account settings).

If at any point we begin storing data, you will be able to request deletion by contating us.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the effective date of changes. For significant changes, we will also publish an in-App notice.

9. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us.
