DOE BUTCHERS GAMES® (“we” or “us” or “our”) provides Chess Mate® video game (the “Game”). We are located in Poland and operate under the act of March 6, 2018 on the law of entrepreneurs, article 5 on unregistered activities(1).

1. What Data are we collecting
The app collects data about the player in Game statistics(2). The data is stored locally on the player’s device. If the player uses the Oculus Cloud service, a backup will be also on the Oculus Cloud. The data is only used for local player statistics.

Additionally, Chess Mate® uses Oculus Services like:

Oculus Player Data(User ID, User Profile,, Friends, Invites, Matchmaking)

The only data stored in the player statistics that we get and use from Oculus is the User nickname from the Oculus Player Data. We don’t store any other data from Oculus in the player statistics. If you wish to remove the data from your local device, please read “How to remove User Data”. There is no way to remove your nickname from other player statistics, because it is attached to the Game you have played. Because of that, We store only 10 last games, and the other games Data are removed. For more details read Details(2).

2.How “Do Not Track” requests are handled
This Application does not support “Do Not Track” requests. The data is a crucial part of the Game. Without it the product would not be able to give basic functions. As we wrote in “What Data are we collecting” the data is only for player statistics. To determine how any of the third-party services is handling the “Do Not Track” requests, please read their privacy policies.

3.How to remove User Data
To remove your local user data that was collected by using the app, you have to Remove the app and make sure the app is not backuped in the Oculus Cloud. To remove data that the app gets from Oculus, you have to read the Oculus/Meta Privacy Policy.

4.Third Party Sites
We may include links to websites or widgets from other third party products or services. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities resulting from use of any linked sites, and we encourage you to read the privacy policies on any such third party sites, and proceed only if you are comfortable with such terms.

5.Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to make changes in this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to its Users on this page and possibly within this Application and/or – as far as technically and legally feasible – sending a notice to Users via any contact information available for us. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the very bottom.
Should the changes affect processing activities performed on the basis of the User’s consent, the Owner shall collect new consent from the User, where required.
