Aegis Transfer: A Deliverynauts Game – Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Aegis Transfer: A Deliverynauts Game (the “App” or “Game”) is developed and published by Lookstar Studios (company name: Lookstar Klaudia Szymczak) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are located in Poland and operate under the act of March 6, 2018 on the law of entrepreneurs, article 5 on unregistered activities.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, share, and delete information when you download, install, and play the App. It also describes your rights and choices regarding that information.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all versions of the App, including future updates. Because the App is in Early Access, this policy may be updated to reflect new features or data practices. We will post any changes here and, if required by applicable law or platform policy, notify you in-App.

3. Developer User Data and User Data We Process
The App integrates with Meta Horizon Platform Services. As part of this integration, the App may receive and process certain Developer User Data and User Data provided by Meta:

• Meta User ID and/or Meta Account ID – used to associate in-game activity with your Meta account.
• Meta User Profile information, where provided by Meta Platform Services – used only to support account association and platform features.
• Achievement progress and achievement unlocks – used to track, unlock, and display your in-game achievements.

This data is received through Meta Platform APIs and processed solely to enable required or expected platform features, including achievements and Meta account association. Lookstar Studios does not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties.

4. How Your Data Is Used
We use the Developer User Data and User Data described above only for the following purposes:

• To associate your gameplay activity with your Meta account
• To unlock, track, and display in-game achievements
• To operate Meta Horizon Platform Services used by the App
• To comply with applicable platform requirements, legal obligations, and security requirements

All Meta platform data is handled within Meta’s platform environment and is also subject to Meta’s own privacy policy, terms, and data retention rules.

5. Data Storage
Lookstar Studios does not operate its own backend servers for the App and does not store personal data or gameplay data on Lookstar Studios servers.

Data related to your Meta account, profile, and achievements is managed by Meta through Meta Horizon Platform Services in accordance with Meta’s privacy policy, platform terms, and data retention rules.

6. Data Retention and Data Deletion
Lookstar Studios:
We do not store user data on our own servers. If we introduce any direct data collection or storage in the future, this policy will be updated before or when that processing begins, and you will be able to request deletion by contacting us directly.

Meta Platform:
To request deletion of data handled by Meta, such as account-related data or achievements, please use Meta’s account settings and data deletion tools, including Meta Privacy Settings where available.

7. Third-Party Services and Sharing
The App uses Meta Horizon Platform Services. We do not integrate any other third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data sharing services in the App.

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We do not share Developer User Data or User Data with third parties except where required to operate Meta Horizon Platform Services, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or meet platform requirements.

8. Future Data Processing
As we introduce new features, such as multiplayer matchmaking, analytics, user-generated content, cloud saves, or online services, the App may collect or process additional types of information. If this occurs, we will update this Privacy Policy to clearly describe:

• What data is collected or processed
• Why the data is collected or processed
• How the data is used, stored, shared, and deleted
• What choices or rights are available to you

9. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links or widgets that direct you to other websites or services, such as social media, community pages, or news. These services are not operated by us and have separate privacy policies. Please review their policies before providing any personal information.

10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used our App and personal data was collected, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the effective date of the latest version. For significant changes, we will also publish an in-App notice where required.
