Aegis Transfer: A Deliverynauts Game – Privacy Policy

Aegis Transfer: A Deliverynauts Game (the “App” or “Game”) is developed and published by Lookstar Studios (company name: Lookstar Klaudia Szymczak) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are located in Poland and operate under the act of March 6, 2018, on the law of entrepreneurs, article 5 on unregistered activities.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you download, install, and play the App. It also outlines your rights and how you can manage or delete your data.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all versions of the App, including future updates. As the App is in Early Access, this policy may be updated to reflect new features or data practices. Changes will be posted here and, if required, also in-App.

3. Data Collection & Processing (Data We Collect)
The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data directly. However, it uses features provided by the Meta Platform, which may process data on-device:

Data processed via Meta Platform Services:
• Meta Account ID – used to associate in-game activity with your Meta account.
• Achievement progress and unlocks – used to track and display your in-game achievements.

This data is processed locally on-device. Lookstar Studios does not store or access this data on our own servers.

4. How Your Data Is Used
Data handled by Meta is used for the following purposes:
• To unlock and display in-game achievements
• To link your progress with your Meta account

All processing occurs within Meta’s platform environment and is subject to Meta’s Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage
• Lookstar Studios stores no personal or gameplay data.
• All user data is managed and stored by Meta, in accordance with their privacy policy and data retention rules.

6. Data Deletion
Lookstar Studios:
We do not store any user data. If we introduce any data collection in the future, this policy will be updated and you will be able to request deletion by contacting us directly.

Meta Platform:
To request deletion of data handled by Meta (e.g., achievements), please follow Meta’s data deletion instructions via your account settings Meta Privacy Settings

7. Third-Party Services
We do not integrate any third-party services beyond the Meta platform.

8. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links or widgets that direct you to other websites (e.g., social media or news). These services are not operated by us and have separate privacy policies. Please review their policies before providing any personal information.

9. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from children. If you believe a child has used our App and personal data was collected, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the effective date of the latest version. Significant changes will also be announced in-App.
